I became a social worker because I wanted to help make positive change in the world. As your therapist, my goal is to help you make positive change for yourself based on your own experiences and needs. Yes, I have the educational background. Yes, I have a license. However, you are the expert of your own experience. I want to empower you to create the life you desire.
I enjoy working with anyone who is seeking deeper understanding of themselves, wanting to create direction or passion, or is trying to build more love and compassion for themselves and others. My approach is casual, explorative, and holistic.

Hi everyone
I believe that therapy hopes to support our innate tendency to accept the problematic nature of life without being defeated by it or feeling the desire to escape.
I work to help clients accept themselves and to improve their self awareness, overall resiliency, sense of agency, self-continuity, capacity for intimacy, and tolerance for a wide range of thoughts and emotions.
It is my belief that with increased self awareness of our thoughts and feelings, when examined with patience and compassion, we grow and find meaning in life by having understood and solved personal problems on our own, not by having them explained to us by others.
I diligently work to empower clients to be the catalyst of change in their lives. I hope to help you identify the process you utilized to grow and understand how you can apply that process to whatever challenges come into your life in the future. Then you can feel confident in taking appropriate risks to build the life and relationships you want.
My practice areas of focus are
-Survivors of Family Trauma
-Children/Partners struggling in relationships with narcissistic individuals
-Quieting self doubt and building self esteem
-Depression and Anxiety
-Building healthy emotional boundaries
-Emotional regulation

I hear so many of us feeling pressure to "be" something more than ourselves. I want to help you live with authenticity, challenging the pressure to conform. That could look like finding inner peace or working on relationships with others. Whatever brings you in, I want to support your growth.
My approach is rooted in my social work values and my lived experiences as a Mexican-American woman. I enjoy working with anyone interested in learning more about themselves, and my practice interests include:
Identity exploration (gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, etc.)
College students and young adults
Survivors of trauma
Friendships and Romantic Relationships
Helpers of the world (e.g. therapists, caregivers, activists)
Nature walks/Eco-therapy
Perfectionism and Self-Acceptance

Hello! My name is Connor and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker under the of Dianne Bippert, LCSW-S (TX #50538). I am a graduate of UT Arlington and have had the privilege of spending several years supporting college students, young adults, and the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you are struggling with mental health, difficult life transitions, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you on your journey. My goal is to create a non-judgemental space where you feel accepted and empowered. I practice a decolonized and eclectic approach to therapy and incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and even humor into my work with clients (laughter is healing too!). Therapy is so much more than just theory, and healing looks different for everyone. I recognize that no two people are the same, so I work to tailor my approach to offer what you want and need from our time together.
I firmly believe that it’s okay to be not okay. Seeking help is courageous and a sign of strength, not weakness. It would be a privilege to work with you to identify your strengths, learn to navigate the ups and downs of life, and provide you a space to explore the feelings that can be scary to feel alone.
My areas of interest include:
College Student Mental Health
LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy
Life Transitions & Adjustments
Depression & Anxiety
Interpersonal Relationships
Oldest Siblings and Blended Families
To accommodate busy work and class schedules, I offer flexible evening and weekend sessions. While I am private-pay only, I offer a sliding scale. Please do not let financial concerns keep you from reaching out.
